I was lucky to have seen the Cloud Nothings on 11/13/2017 in Dallas Texas at Club Dada. They are currently touring supporting their 2017 album "Life Without Sound" which is my top 3 favorite album this year. They sounded fantastic and had a great energy to them. After the show I was speaking with Guitarist Chris Brown and Bassist TJ Duke outside of the venue. I had asked if I could take a photo of them for my site and they had agreed. Shortly TJ left while I was speaking with Chris. I felt bad because I figured I ran TJ off by asking for a photo with them in their free time. But roughly five minutes after he came back with the rest of the band (Dylan Baldi and Jayson Gerycz) I was absolutely shocked they were taking time out for a simple photo for me. I meet a lot of bands but rarely have I had the pleasure of such a great conversation and shown so much respect for simply being a fan of a band. I hope the best for them on the road!
Live Music Event
There are a lot of neat bands to check out this weekend in Little Rock. The acts that I am looking forward to the most at this time are Tank & The Bangas, JOAN, Brother Moses, and Morris Day & the Time. I have seen the majority of the headlining bands but highly recommend checking out Seratones live. They have a lot of energy and are a lot of fun. I will be posting photos from each night of the festival.

Greetings from Dallas! This weekend I will be trying to take as many photos and notes as possible from all the live acts in Deep Ellum. I have been testing with the Twitter and Instagram feeds and they seem to update somewhat often but we shall see! I have been on the internet since the early 90's but have never really been a fan of social networking. It just feels (even typing this) odd lol... Tonight I will be going between two different clubs for shows; tomorrow three! Sunday is a lazy day and all bands will be in the same venue.
Club DaDa, Three Links, and Trees are having a music event that you buy "blocks" of tickets to see particular bands. It seems like a neat concept because you pay 15 bucks for bands you want to see instead of spending 130 dollars to see everything even if you are not that committed to it.
The line up is as follows taken from the official web site http://www.paradeofflesh.com/nsfwknd/
Sun 3/19 – Wand, Dead Meadow (Official), Merchandise, Girlpool, Splashh, Creepoid, Zipper Club, Chain Of Flowers, Half Waif, and Death Valley Girls at Club Dada
and much more TBA
